jl 4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl 4 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the above timeframe, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.
Nothing in this section shall prevent jl 4 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
